Twin Cities Immigration Lawyer Accused Of Misconduct

(St. Paul, MN) -- An immigration lawyer in the Twin Cities could be disbarred over allegations of misconduct. The "Star Tribune" reports among several issues, Herbert Igbanugo allegedly charged unreasonable fees, made false statements to the court and harassed clients to pay up. The accusations come from a petition filed recently by the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility. Final disciplinary action will be up to the Minnesota Supreme Court.
