Affordable Care Act Cuts Uninsured Numbers 40% In Minnesota
(Minneapolis, MN) -- There are 40-percent fewer uninsured Minnesotans than there were eight months ago. A new study by the University of Minnesota finds the Affordable Care Act is responsible for the sharp decline over the past eight months. Researchers found that at the end of the open enrollment period for the ACA, four-point-nine percent of state residents still lacked health insurance.
