(Minneapolis, MN) -- No charges will be filed against a Minneapolis police officer for a fatal crash with a motorcycle in May. A report issued yesterday found the accident was the fault of both the officer and the motorcyclist, and noted the cop had his emergency lights and sirens going at the time. Ivan Olivares was killed when his bike collided with an SUV driven by Officer Joshua Young. The officer was responding to a call for help securing the scene after a burglary suspect had been shot and killed by other officers.
