Keeping God at the Center of Your Dreams - Beloved Women - May 28, 2025

READ: “For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul?” (Matthew 16: 26 ESV)

TODAY’S ENCOURAGEMENT: Jesus’ words in Matthew 16:26 reminds me of the dreams God places in our hearts. His purpose for our lives always revolves around the expansion of His kingdom; yet it is up to us as individuals to ensure we are keeping Him at the center. At any time we lose focus on the main goal, we forfeit His plans for our own.

The world says we need fame and fortune to be happy but God’s Word centers around Him. The things of this world could never fulfill us. The world would just have us with material things yet with no true satisfaction.

If we can keep God’s goals in mind, our souls will be enriched through our relationship with Him. He will lead us through a life of full satisfaction. True success can only come from having a relationship with Jesus Christ and living in eternity with Him.

PRAY: Father, I pray that we will keep You at the center of our lives and at the heart of our goals. I ask that You steer our ambitions to the things that You desire of us and not our fleshly desires. I pray that You will touch our hearts and allow us to live a God-centered life - a purposeful life solely devoted to You. In Jesus Christ’s Name, I pray. Amen.
