 Day 45

LOVE

For God so loved the world that
he gave his one and only Son,
that whoever believes in him
shall not perish but have eternal life.
John 3:16

FROM THE FATHER'S HEART
My child, have you walked with Me this long, and yet you still wonder at times about My love for you? What can I do to prove your worth to Me? What more can I do than to offer My own Son in exchange for your life?  That was My ultimate gift to you. Because your performance could never measure up to My standards, I gave you Jesus. I love you—simply because you are My child.

A GRATEFUL RESPONSE
Lord, Your love is beyond description: unending, unbending, unconditional, and unselfish. You proved Your love for me at Bethlehem and again at Calvary. A hundred times a day, You have loved me more than I deserve and more than I can repay. I love You, Lord, more than I can say.

SIMPLE TRUTH

Love is when God writes His name on our hearts.
