Hello there, 

We are halfway through October and right in that busy time where activities reach a fever pitch just before the holidays descend upon us. My kids have fallen into a rhythm of school schedules, field trips, after-school sports and other activities. The weather is turning crisper… last weekend the east coast saw its first stormy weekend.  

So now is the time for easy, no-fuss comforting food. This week I made a family favorite—pasta bolognese with cheesy garlic bread. It comes together quickly and always hits home with my kids. I hope you’ll give it a try if you want a simple delicious dinner one night. And if you want something sweet and simple but elevated, try this salted butter chocolate cake.
